Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Rinoza. By placing an order on our store, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.
Processing Time
We offer Express Shipping on all orders.
Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process and ship your order.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery
Once shipped, the estimated arrival time is 5–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control (carrier delays, customs, holidays, weather, etc.).
Rinoza is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
Shipping Countries
We currently ship to Canada (and additional locations if specified on our website or at checkout).
If your address is outside our supported regions, your order may be automatically cancelled and refunded.
Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can either:
Reship the order to a corrected address (additional shipping fees may apply), or
Issue a refund for the product cost (shipping fees are non-refundable).
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Rinoza is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package is lost or stolen:
Check with neighbours/household members.
Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
We may assist you in opening a claim with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we start processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed.
If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
